BANQUET POLICIES

BANQUET CONTRACT
All reservations and agreements are made upon, and are subject to, the rules, regulations,
and their following conditions.
GUARANTEES
In arranging for functions, the attendance must be definitely specified and communicated at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. The hotel will not be responsible for service to more than five percent (5%) over the guarantee.

TAX
All federal and local taxes and other charges which may be imposed applicable to this agreement to the services rendered by the Hotel are in addition to the prices herein agreed upon, and the Customer agrees to pay them separately.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Hotel by the Customer, or any of the Customer's guests or invitees. Food may not be removed from the function area, other than the wedding cake.

CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of the Hotel to complete same, and is subject to labor troubles, disputes, strikes or picketing, accidents, government (federal, state or local) requisitions; restrictions upon travel, transportation, food, beverages and supplies; and other causes, whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the control of management. In no event shall the RAMADA CITY CENTRE Milwaukee be liable for loss of profit or other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract or otherwise. In no event shall the Hotel's liability be in excess of the total amount of the food and beverages contracted heretofore.

PAYMENT
Payment shall be made no later than seven (7) days in advance of the function unless credit has been satisfactorily established and accepted in writing by the hotel, in which event, a deposit will be required at the time of signing the contract. The balance of the account is due and payable thirty (30) days after the date of the event. In the event of cancellation, Customer shall be held liable for all losses sustained by the Hotel, and all deposited monies shall be held to cover said losses as liquidated damages in addition to any other rights which the Hotel may have. The Hotel will not establish credit for functions less than $200.00 including, without limitation, weddings, proms, fashion shows, dances, anniversary parties, political or religious functions.
PRICES
In the event of an increase in present commodity prices, labor costs, taxes, currency values, or other costs to the Hotel the quotation set forth herein is subject to an increase to meet said increased costs. These shall include, but not be limited to foods, beverages, and other costs of operation over those existing at the time of our understanding. Customer expressly grants the right to the Hotel to raise prices herein quoted or to make reasonable substitutions on the menu and agree to pay such increased prices and to accept such substitutions upon the Hotel giving Customer prior written notice, providing, however, Customer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in writing in the event the Customer shall not approve such increased prices.

SERVICE CHARGES
A Service Charge of seventeen precent (17%) will be added to the account for all food and beverages. If the service of a meal function is delayed longer than one-half hour beyond the scheduled time, an additional charge of $35.00 per hour or any part thereof will be assessed. Guests arriving more than one-half hour after the beginning of the meal will be served at the discretion of the management.

DAMAGE
Customer agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the premises or any other part of the Hotel, during the period of time the Customer, his guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors or other agents are under Customer's control, or the control of any independent contractor hired by the Customer.

LOST AND FOUND
Ramada City Centre Milwaukee will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the Hotel prior to, during or following Customer's function.

FUNCTION ROOMS
Funtion rooms are assigned by the guaranteed minimum number of people anticipated. Room rental fees are applicable if group attendance drops below estimated attendance at time of booking. We reserve the right to change groups to a room suitable for the attendance, with notification, if attendance drops or increases.

AUDIO VISUAL
The Hotel will provide each function with one microphone and podium. In the event extra equipment is needed, Ramada has a complete line of audio/visual equipment available for rent.
